It is Heidi's birthday and I thought it would be a great time to "spotlight" her. In primary they spotlight a child each week, and she loves it. They turn out the lights and use a flashlight to roam around the room while they say a cute spotlight poem, and then they shine the light on the child to be spotlighted. She knows the poem by heart and gets so excited to see who it is. She has already been spotlighted which is where I found out that she wants to be Mickey Mouse when she grows up. She loves primary and her teachers, "Sister Debean and her brother" (Brother and Sister Devine). She loves music. When we are in the store and there is background music, you will find her dancing. You can tell which songs she likes the best. If she wasn't so cute it would be a bit embarrassing. She loves to sing, especially primary songs. She is so sweet, yet plays the "princess" part quite well. She is all girl and has what she calls "girlpower". Meagan has this power too and shares it with Phil, which bugs Heidi, she is insistent that boys cannot have this power! (I have no idea what the power gets you, or why Phil would even want any, but it's hilarious to listen to Heidi and Phil discuss it.) She keeps us laughing and is such a joy in our family. We love her, happy birthday Heidi!

What is really sad about all this is we have not seen the little cutie since she was a baby!!!!! Any plans to come anywhere close?
