It was an oversight to not mention Meagan in my last post. Meagan actually did go camping this last weekend, unlike her brothers. Jera (Phil's sister) invited Meagan and her friend Sydney to go camping. It was her ward camp out and thought they'd like to join her. They had a really good time. She said they froze during the night, went swimming in some really cold water, got really dirty, played games, and ate yummy dutch oven cooking. They loved it - that's camping! I thought the boys might feel jipped; after all, they were the ones supposed to be camping. They didn't feel bad at all, they each prefer their own bed to the hard ground.
"Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey, and share our love with friends and family." -President Thomas S. Monson-
"We can’t predict all the struggles and storms in life, not even the ones just around the next corner, but as persons of faith and hope, we know beyond the shadow of any doubt that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true and the best is yet to come." - L. Tom Perry
